• Bedroom 2 to the rear of the house: King, en-suite full bathroom, door to garden.

• Bedroom 3 to the front of the house: 2 singles, en-suite full bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 own entrance and access from Gym in main house: King, en-suite, shower but no bath, own sitting room.

Cottage: 3 Beds, 2 Baths:

• Master bedroom: King, en-suite full bathroom, air conditioning.

• Bedroom 2, Queen.

• Bedroom 3, 2 singles.

• Beds 2&3 share a bathroom with shower (no bath).

Main House:

• Dedicated TV room with surround sound, DVD player and wired for Netflix etc through Control 4.
